• Account Termination: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the App's "Settings" page.

• Your Content: You are solely responsible for any content (text, images, etc.) you share on the platform.
• Ownership: You retain ownership of the content you submit.
• License Grant: By posting content, you grant DeluxCap a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content only for the purpose of operating and improving the App.
• Prohibited Content: Do not post anything illegal, harmful, harassing, or hateful.

• Using the App for unlawful purposes.
• Harassing, abusing, or harming others.
• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Disrupting the App’s operation or attempting unauthorized access.
• Sending spam or commercial messages without consent.
• Violating local, national, or international laws.

All original features and branding of the App are the property of DeluxCap. Do not use our brand assets without permission.

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties regarding availability, performance, or security.

• Your use or inability to use the App.
• Content or conduct of other users.
• Unauthorized access or data issues.

• Your use of the App.
• Violation of these Terms.
• Infringement on others’ rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States.
